All adults at Horizon are invited to "offer a trunk" at Horizon's annual Trunk or Treat event after the service October 20*. Folks decorate the trunks, hatchbacks or beds of their vehicles for Halloween and pass goodies out to kids who trick or treat from vehicle to vehicle. (vehicle decorating is optional, but encouraged) 

Those offering trunks are invited to come in costume and hand out treats behind their vehicles. Some children have dietary restricitons so you are encouraged to include a few non-dairy or nut-free options. Halloween trinkets are also enjoyed by our kids. G-rated Halloween music played from your vehicle would be awesome! 

The event will take place in the side parking lot facing Hwy 121 and will begin around 11:45 to give folks time to set up their vehicles after the service. It's best to park in this area before the service for safety and logistical reasons. 

The Coming of Age class will offer a picnic lunch for purchase during the event, and you are encouraged to support them, too.
